I am seriously outnumbered in my house, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a husband... I feel like the cleaning never ends. Every day is filled with a never-ending battle of dishes, laundry, vacuuming. I swear I can hear those mice singing the "Work Song" from the movie "Cinderella"... "Cinderelly, Cinderelly. Night and day it's Cinderelly. Make the fire! Fix the breakfast! Wash the dishes! Do the mopping!" I can't be the only one?
After over 3 years of living here, I finally got my fairy godmother when Beyond the Dust, LLC came to do a deep clean of our home. I can't even explain the weight that was taken from me that week. I glided through the house like the princess at the ball. Enjoying the moment until midnight struck.
Beyond the Dust was great from start to finish. The owner of the company, Nichole Arnolie, was so sweet and gave me a price up front based on the square feet of my home. She didn't blink when I said I had 3 kids and 2 dogs, everything was based on the size. She set up the date and time with me with an email confirmation and I got several reminders prior. The team showed up on the scheduled morning right on time and started working. My daughters were home that day and had fun speaking with them and showing them their talents. They were so patient and kind with them.
They spent about 6 hours cleaning my home from top to bottom. Every fan got dusted, shutters cleaned, mirrors wiped. It was amazing. I even had gunk on my stove from the previous owners that I have been trying to get off for 3 years. In one cleaning it was all gone!!! My husband came home and was impressed enough to tell me to call Nichole and tell her what a great job they did.
Now I have to confess there was 1 incident, but I was even impressed how that was handled. While cleaning the bathroom mirror, one of the women accidently knocked it off the bracket holding it and it shattered. No one was hurt, but it was destroyed. They immediately told me what had happened, they took a picture, and sent it to Nichole. Before I had even taken the mirror out to the trash I had received a message from Nichole apologizing and asking to replace it. She had a replacement ordered the next day and it arrived without incident. No one wants anything broken, but accidents happen and the way everyone was professional and honest about it made me feel even more satisfied with the experience. There wasn't a single moment in the exchange that I felt everything wouldn't have been taken care of to my satisfaction.
Beyond the Dust, LLC is truly a dream come true for this Princess and our little castle will continue to glow with their services.
