Paramount Tree Care exceeded our expectations from the first contact.
Let me start from the beginning... We moved to our home over 3 years ago and each year we have had someone come and clean up the trees and bushes. And each time was okay, but nothing that we were wowed about. This year I reached out to 6... yes 6... different companies and Jordan with Paramount Tree Care was the only company that came out right away, gave us a quote up front, and followed through with everything right away. Jordan Pettit is the owner of Paramount Tree Care and you can tell he definitely takes pride in his company. He personally goes to each home for the quote and goes to each job to make sure the work is done correctly.
We have a lot of trees and bushes on our property and we knew it was a big job. After contacting Jordan he came the following day for a quote. We walked our 2 acre property; Jordan was very patient with me as I was very distracted with my 3 year old daughter and stuck on hold on the phone. We had lost a lot of trees and bushes to the freeze of 2021 and the ice storms this year and though we had removed a lot, some were not surviving the latest ice. Jordan explained his recommendations and what he saw needed to be done. He pointed out the dead branches and even pulled several out that day. He gave me a quote with what needed to be done and said he could start the next morning. Jordan and his crew showed up at 7:20 the next day with all the trucks and supplies they needed and were started by 7:30. They did everything in 1 day!
The trees were pruned, the bushes shaped, and mulch was added to the flower beds. Everything looks great! When we spoke with Jordan, we asked how often we should prune our trees and he explained it depends on the level of pruning done. You could do a light pruning yearly, a medium pruning every 2 years, or a deep pruning every 3. We decided to go ahead and do a deep pruning since they have never really been done well since we've lived here for 3 years. Paramount Tree Care came and went and you would never have noticed... other than the amazingly clean trees. They cleaned up everything. The branches were all taken away and the debris was cleared. We were so impressed. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs tree care.
